DO GOOD BE GOOD

The Father is with the truth, oh so clear. With goodness He’s present, always near. The Father’s righteousness, it does not fade. In the doing of good, His light is thus laid.

The Father’s truth, immutable, divine. No change in His light, pure and fine. Where darkness spreads, a void of light. But with light comes change, from darkest night.

The light fills the void, darkness departs. Mixed with light, the darkness dispelled. The Father, in creation, eternal now. His light shines on, to show us how.

The Father is like the light, bright and true. With us in good deeds, His light shines through. The righteous, like light, illuminate. Reflecting the Father in all they create.

For the righteous are like the Father, pure. Guiding us through with a light so sure. In the doing of good, His presence we feel. With the truth, goodness, His light will reveal.
